This monovarietal white wine from JC Bravo represents one of the two wines produced by the winery and proves itself to be wholly and completely unique, an unmistakable representation of the terroir of the Valle de Guadalupe and the heritage vineyards from which the wine is made. The wine is made from 100% Palomino Fino grapes, a warm-weather varietal from southern Spain which is most commonly used in the production of vinos de Jerez. This wine is made simply in stainless steel tanks with the sole intention of showcasing the incredible nuance of the grape which shows itself in the naturally rich texture, complex nuttiness, and shining acidity that can be enjoyed in the glass.
